Gesca Ltée is a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Corporation. Gesca, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the publication of the Montréal daily newspaper La Presse and six other daily newspapers in the provinces of Québec and Ontario.
Gesca affiliates also produce television programming, publish specialty magazines and books, and operate several Internet sites.
